Welcome to Abuja Auto Club. By using our website and applying for membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting a membership application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals and entities that meet our criteria and agree to abide by our rules. All applications are subject to approval by Abuja Auto Club management.

3. Scope of Services

Members are entitled to a variety of support services, networking opportunities, event access, and member-specific benefits. However, the following services are explicitly excluded and not covered under any membership category:

a. Safety-Risk Services
Recovery of vehicles from hazardous or life-threatening locations (e.g., flood zones, cliffs).
* Handling of vehicles containing hazardous materials.

b. Specialised Services
Heavy-duty towing, including commercial or oversized vehicles.
*Transportation of luxury, classic, or specialty vehicles.
* Locksmith services unless expressly provided under specific conditions.

c. Non-Emergency Services
* Routine vehicle maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire services).
* General vehicle inspections not included in roadside assistance.

d. Out-of-Area Services
* Any services requested outside of the Abuja Auto Club designated service area.

e. Regulated Services
*Any service requiring special licenses, certifications, or government permits, such as:
– Hazmat or dangerous goods transportation.
– Oversized or overweight vehicle recovery.

f. Non-Cost-Effective Services
* Long-distance vehicle recovery or towing unless specifically arranged and compensated.
* Services involving vehicles beyond economical repair.

g. Ethically Restricted Services
* Services for vehicles known to be involved in illegal activities.
* Engagements that may harm our company’s reputation or breach our core values.

4. Limitation of Liability

Abuja Auto Club is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from services not covered under our scope or from misuse of the website or services.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via the website or registered email address.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in courts located within Abuja.
